Sidoarjo – In an effort to enhance the

quality of human resources (HR) among educators and strengthen the foundation’s

managerial capacity, the Islamic Education Foundation Noor Rahmat Bedali Lawang

conducted a study tour to MIS Muslimat NU Pucang Sidoarjo. The event was

attended by foundation administrators, school principals, and educators from

various educational units under the foundation’s management.

The

delegation was warmly welcomed by the leadership team and vice principals of

MIS Muslimat NU Pucang Sidoarjo. In his opening remarks, the Head of MIS

Muslimat NU Pucang, Dr. M. Hamim Thohari, S.Pd., MM, expressed his appreciation

for the visit and hoped that the event would serve as a platform for sharing

knowledge and experiences in managing a high-quality educational institution.

The

study tour included various discussion sessions and direct observations on

education management, learning systems, and flagship programs implemented at

MIS Muslimat NU Pucang. One of the key focus areas explored was the

implementation of deep learning curriculum and digitalization in education.

The

Chairman of the Islamic Education Foundation Noor Rahmat stated that this visit

was a significant moment for the foundation in improving the competencies of

educators and developing a more effective and efficient managerial system. "We

greatly appreciate the warm welcome from MIS Muslimat NU Pucang. There is so

much we can learn, especially in the implementation of technology-based

education systems and character-based approaches. We hope to apply the insights

gained to our institutions for the betterment of education," he said.

It is hoped that this study tour will

strengthen relationships between Islamic educational institutions and encourage

innovation in the education sector to nurture a generation of excellence with

noble character.
